The answer is...
What are CODECs.
VCDs require a VCD player just like DVDs do. Many DVD software players will let you play VCD and SVCD content. Go install a DVD player. Don't have such? Look up GEEXBOX on google.com and test with that.
When I load some VCD's avseq01.dat files I receive an error stating
"Unable to create filters for [e:\mpegav\avseq01.dat]
This may be due to a corrupt file or missing decoder filters."
What does this mean & what should I do about it.
I can load the same VCD file and also see the movie at different PC.
I have Win 2000Pro installed.
I use Samsung 52*24*52 for viewing vcd's.
