VCD Help

I burnt a VCD on my computer and it seemed to be ok, because i tried it on my computer first and it worked fine. I put it in my dvd player (which I know supports VCDs) and the sound was fine, but the picture was shaky and jittery. Any one know what the problem is here?

PS I tried burning it at a lower speed, same thing happened.
