VBA editor problem.

I?ve found a problem in MS Office 2003. The problem is that when I go to the VB editor in Excel or Word and lookup help, I do not get the hyperlinks that is typically available in the help file. The problem seem to be specifically targeted at Visual Basic. The other Office help (.chm files) are okay.
How could I solve this problem?

Did someone install popup blockers, firewalls and what else on this machine. Sometimes I see this and trace it back to some blocker software. Most of these blocker software have no true OFF switch so I have to uninstall them to see if they are the issue.

And mine works... So you have the bug, not me.
