Question

Valid .mp4s do not show on TV, but they are on the PC

Any idea why I have .mp4 movies which are in a directory on my PC and can be seen on the PC, but not via the TV.

If I copy one of the "missing" files to a USB stick, it appears immediately and can be played.

Is there a limit on the number of files which can be in a directory on a PC?

But if this is over DLNA then nothing wrong here. Seems to confound folk new to this. There are open discussions about file naming and encoding so I'll stop here.
