Question

VAIO VGN-NS230E Drivers

Apr 6, 2017 4:38AM PDT

Hello
I have this old laptop VAIO VGN-NS230E and I need to download drivers compatible with windows 7. I had done this before and there was no problems then. but now when I try to download any drivers for my laptop from Sony eSupport webpage, I get this message on my browser:

This site can’t be reached
The webpage at http://dlv.update.sony.net/US/pc/REDAUD-70165503-32.EXE might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Where should I download there drivers from?
thanks for your help Smiley Happy

Let me share about my Sony VAIO VGN-NW240F/T

It's from 2009 and runs W10. To get there I made sure the BIOS was current and I used Microsoft's offer to go to W10. Later the HDD failed so I did a clean install of W10 and did not have to find any drivers. All the native drivers do it all.

Maybe you can upgrade it to W10 and then see if it's good?

I'm using the latest Firefox browser and clicking on the link you posted immediately brings up the download dialogue window for the driver at that site. I'm in the U.S.

So.. Have you tried using a different browser?

Or are you possibly in a country that is blocked?

Hope this helps.
