VACUME TUBE HI FI

Anyone have any suggstions for an inexspensive vacume tube hi fi system or is there even such a thing? I need a cheap sound system for my hdtv which we use for gaming consoles and movies, I was impressed with the sound from a freinds vacume tube system and was wondering if there are any inexpensive sets available out there.

I don't think there are "cheap" tube system anymore.

Your friend's system sound great because he/she have a "great system", not just because it has tube amplifier. Personally I think great speakers will beat out great tube system any day. But when you got them both then it's really great, hehe.
