Eversince I upgraded to vista, notice that my download speed extremely slow on sites I regularly download.(in fact all sites) This also happens with my email client which is MS office2007 & window mail. For emails, notice that the download speed is in bytes instead of kilobytes. Most times on receiving mails would take more than 10 mins & subsequently with errors. My previous OS was XP pro & it was perfect.
The following are the configurations on my pc:
-3.2 processor
-2GB of ram
-ATI graphic card with 128mb
-broadband speed up to 10mbps
40GB harddisk
Asrock motherboard P4i65G
Pls assist.
Thanks....

BTW tried to disable the auto TCP/IP Auto(netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled) still getting same outcome. Did improve a little when change to higly restricted. By changing would any damage be done to system? any repercussuion to my pc?
