Hello all,
I've used this freeware to try port fowarding but it stated that it was "offline", Simple Portforwarding, from Pete's freeware
I've read some threads concerning portfowarding, and I have successfully port fowarded my home's router & PC. But where I work at, is a college system. I was trying to use Utorrent, and even though I get download speeds of 150kb/s, it is not going as fast as it could be. (I checked speedtest.net and it said my pc is capable of downloading a 800 MB in 4-8 minutes).
So I tried the Simple Port fowarding freeware listed above, and after it did its thing, it said that the port Utorrent is trying to use is Offline.
So is it possible, to port foward my Utorrent port at work without knowing the router's settings and such? Or should I just give up and be happy that it's downloading?
Thanks
