Utilize ultrabook screen

Hey I had a Lenovo Thinkpad Twist. Unfortunately the motherboard fried on me. I was wondering since the Touchscreen display still works if I could utilize someway else? Do you guys know of anyways I could approach it?

It's good for a little cash.

But as you can see from a web search it's never recycled as a monitor.

Cash is all? I cannot wire it myself and make my own monitor?
I am sure I can find drivers?

But look on the web and see how many succeeded. It's not something many will do. Some may want others to tell how. I think that the answer is on the web.

For me, cash out and find a cheap monitor.
