Utilidadesat??? causing .dll error

Alrighty after much help in other threads i am down to only a couple more problems.

There is a program file in add/removed called utilidadesat?? i have tried searching google for it but nothing, also nothing on microsoft.
Anyway i did a search in the comp and removed the files that were found.
Now when i try to remove the program it gives me a "Error loading NrsgroiupUD.dll..... the specific module could not be found"
Any ideas how to fix this???

And the disc drive is still screwed for some reason. It will open and shut but that is all... its an LG DVD rewirteable... will post name soon.

One other problem is the CPU seems to be running at 100% nearly all the time.... And the name of the DVD is DVDRAM GSA-4120B although on the drive it say its DVD RW?

not really enough information here.
No idea what the file is but it has nothing to do with the LG drive as I have the same model drive and no such file.
The DVDRAM part of the model number simply refers to it's ability to read and write to RAM disks (100,000 write/rewrite) also used in Panasonic home DVD Hard Drive recorders.
You may have a problem with your burner software, but as you don't give details as to how this started I can't help you further.

seperate problems

In reply to: And the disc drive is still screwed for some reason

Ther drive and the RUNDLL error are two different problems.
I haved no idea how the problem started as it is not my pc.

INCD seems to be the software used.
Also when looking in system log it seems that error 7000 and 7023 are occuring.... any relation, even if not how do i fix them.
