There are 34 periods and 7 commas on the page where you post is located. Unfortunately, ZERO of either are located in your ACTUAL POST. I can't help

First question: is it really that much harder to spell "what" than "wut?" Happy

Second question: have you made the appeal yet? It sounds like the USPS is telling you exactly what you need to do next. Basically, they are asking for more information to move it into a new realm of investigation. You can imagine how much scamming goes on out there. Right now, it sounds like the responsibility lies with KBYTE for not having kept the packaging, or at the very least record of the damage done.

Try not to get angry with the company/service until you do all they require. I went through a mess with ComcASSt (they lost track of a DVR their technician took back) and after going back and forth with them about a dozen times, only then did I decide I would ruin them. Happy

that was the longest sentence without punctuation I can recall reading Wink BTW, that does make it a little difficult to understand and help you.

So you're saying that the RAM had physical damage to it? Didn't you have an RMA before you returned it? Didn't you return it in the same packaging they sent it to you in? So did they send back a useless broken stick of RAM to you? IF they didn't send the packaging back to you, how can they prove it was damaged during shipping?

Text talk or whatever people are calling that gibberish is just annoying to read. If you can't do this, go to a forum who cares.
