Using wifi on a Windows 10 PC

I was having a lot of issues trying to get a PCI-E wifi card working in my Windows 10 PC. No matter what I did, the signal shows in the adapter section of networks, but I could never get the Wifi to show in the system tray nor was I able to connect.

FINALLY, I solved my issue and I want to pass it on to everyone.

Run SERVICES.MSC and scroll down to a service called WLAN. Make sure that the service is started and set to automatically start on windows startup.

That solved the issue and immediately the Wifi showed up and I was able to connect.

Hope this helps!
