using the point as decimal splitter on the numeric keyboard

I work w/ an iMac w/Mountain Lion & w/Parallels Desktop 8
for using Win XP. When I am in WinXP, I can't get the Point Key of the num keyboard, it always gives a comma!
I have made the necessary changes in the control panel, but it doesn't work, although when I use Excel 2007, I can make the changes directly in Excel, and there, it works!
Coul somebody help me? Thanks in advance ...

This is common when regional preferences is not English
