Using talkback on tablet???

I am a disabled woman and I love my kindle that reads to me when my eyes start acting up. I was given a Sony Tablet s for Christmas, that of course has a e reader or i can add anyone i like. is there a way to get it to read to me as well? I tried to activate talkback but no luck. Thank you Happy

I'd stick with the Kindle for now.

Either that or get audio books. In the USA there are free audio books if you are legally blind.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
