Question

Using OWA to access my email on Outlook 2007

Mar 30, 2012 12:17AM PDT

I am able to access new emails from another computer using OWA but my trash and sent emails are no longer showing up. Can you help me with settings to see these again?

Answer
With OWA, The Trash and Sent Items Should Be There

Unfortunately, you haven't told us your internet service provider but as was stated in your last post, those settings will be available at your ISP's website or since you're able to use Office Web Access, you may be getting your email from an Exchange server.. The server admin will need to give you the settings and password for such if you don't have them.

Of course, since you're accessing your mail already using OWA, is it possible you haven't explored all the various links on your mail page? For example, I happen to use OWA in my job and when the page opens, in the upper left, next to the default "Inbox" name, are double blue arrows. Clicking on those double blue arrows will open the entire "Mail" - "Folder Display" on the left side of your screen, which includes all of the mail folders including trash (Deleted Items) and "Sent Items".

Hope this helps.
