Question

Using Office 365 Home for SMALL Home Business

Nov 12, 2014 2:01AM PST

Hey All -

My wife and I have a small farm and woodworking business up in Maine. We each have a laptop running Win7, an iPhone and an iPad. We have a wireless network in our house.

We've been running MS Office 2007; using Outlook, Word and Excel.

I thought that upgrading to Office 365 Home at $99/year would be just perfect for our needs. But, I'm reading that "Home" is not for any "commercial use." We have a website and conduct online sales, invoice customers using PayPal, etc. Will we run into trouble down the road if we switch to Office 365 Home?

...quite honestly, the "Business" versions of Office 365 are too expensive for us.
