Using MP3 in Car (w/Sirius)

Please remember when responding I am technically challenged . I am looking for a Sirius satellite radio in my car. I am not sure what model I want because there are so many different kinds. I figured while I am installing or plug -n- playing they system in my car I might as well get a system that I can also play my Nomad on. I have a Nomad Zen 30GB. I haven't ever used it in my car but I would like to. Which Sirius system would be best for my car? Are there any of the Sirius systems that would be able to also play my Nomad. If not what is the best way to use my Nomad in the Car? Any Ideas? Thank you!
