General discussion

using laptop screen for playing wii games?

Jun 8, 2009 8:13AM PDT

Hi,

I am wondering if/how I can connect a Nintendo Wii to my laptop, so I can use it's screen to play the games, since I do not have a TV.
My laptop got a vga and s-video output, and I am wondering if I can turn the s-video output into an input.
Is that possible or will I have to get a TV-tuner card or is there any other way?

Thanks in advance for the help.

anything that goes through a PC will likely have a lot of lag, instead invest in some cheap TV, the Wii doesn't do HD anyway
