Using flash drive

Mar 8, 2009 4:08AM PDT

I bought a flash drive so I could retrieve some music I had stored on an old computer that has windows 98 installed.

When I plug in the flashdrive, I get a message that the pc is looking for drivers which it can not find on the pc. This pc also can not be hooked up to the internet.

How can I get this to work? Can I install the drivers on the flash drive possibly? Where would I get the drivers.

I am a real noobie when it comes to this stuff so would appreciate any help or ideas that I could get.

Thanks
Ellen

for flash drives. Go to the web site of the flash drive and download the drivers. Burn them to a CD and install them.

It does not matter. This driver is VERY SMALL so floppy or CD will do fine to get it to the old iron.
