I have windows 98. Old i know but the pc was a gift. Do i need my memory card installed in my phone to transfer pics to my phone and vice versa?

Using a USB cable

Using a USB cable for your phone requires a CD with software.

Do you have a software CD for your phone?

If you do,

unplug the USB cable and phone from the computer

Put CD in CD rom and install the drivers.

Restart your computer.

Pug in USB cable and phone to computer.

WAIT PATIENTLY

Computer will find and install the drivers for your phone. Some times these things take a minute or two.
