I want to find the easiest way to do the following. I want to create a link that will create an email message with a predefined body of text already inserted into it, with the message's recipient already filled in for the user. The users who will use this almost all use Outlook Express.
I would like the user to be able to edit the text in the message, click Send and call it a day.
