User unable to logon

On our network, we have a user that everyday goes thru the same routine. She comes into her comptuer and is unable to login into the machine/network. She sits at the same computer everyday and everyday it doesnt work.

To get it to work, I have found this work around. I logon to the comptuer as a network administrator, and then I log off, and then she can log on fine.

I added her as an administrator onto the computer thinking it would resolve the issue, but it didnt. I cant figure out what would be causing her to be unable to logon, but all other users (regular users and admins) can login fine.

If i logon as an administrator, i have no network issues and am able connect to the internet/network fine. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Wiping out the machine and starting over. There is not enough clues in your post to point to any fix I know of. See if someone else has a better idea.
