Because ALWAYS having a second, or third user with admin rights is a must, you should be able to log in as one of the other admin users. From there you can try running the various fixes you've mentioned, or simply copying your old profile information to a new one. Have you tried that yet?
If you've not created a secondary admin user account, (you've now learned why that's so important), then create a recovery disk on a different computer and move forward from there. The link below should help:

Hope this helps.

This morning I turned on my computer and tried to log in as usual, but I got hit with The user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded. I didnt install or update anything on my computer yesterday, and it was working perfectly fine. I cannot run safe mode because I cannot get into the recovery screen, Ive tried tapping and holding F2, F6, F8, F10, F12, basically everything but it doesnt work. I hard-shutdown my pc during bootup and when i turnd it on it did get me to the windows error recovery screen, but my arrow keys didnt work, so im assuming my keyboard doesnt work during bootup. Im using a HP Pavilion windows 7 ultimate pc, what should I do?
