user profile service fails logon

when i enter my password i get the following message.
the user profile service failed the logon. user profile cannot be loaded.

While I don't mind working this again, did you read the prior discussions on this? Did you try your backup account?

nah, i weenied out and went to the microsoft store. they said the user profile was corrupted.

So you simply log in into your spare admin account, make a third one and move all your data from the corrupted one to the new one. When you're sure you've got everything you need copied (and on a backup) delete the corrupted account and happily continue using the new one.
That's why you made a spare admin account when you got this PC, didn't you?
