Restart the computer into Safe Mode.. When you see the Welcome screen, you'll see a hidden "administrator" username. Select the "Administrator" username (or type "administrator" into the older traditional login window), and as long as a password has not been created for the hidden administrator, simply leave the password line blank and press the Enter key.. The computer should then load into the "Administrator" user profile.. From there, you can change the password on your son's profile or even create a new admin profile from which to load into "normal" Windows.

How To Start In 'Safe Mode'

Hope this helps.
