User Accts in ME

I have very very little experience with windows ME. My question is that my little brother in law has created a sign on name when you first start up ME. He wont tell anybody the password and i cant find anything in the control panel to help me access that acct. Is there a way to access that acct, and if not since it is password protected is there a way to just delete the acct? Any help is very much appreciated, Thanks.
