User a/c autologging off

Standard user a/c, on my Dell Inspiron/640m, is auto turning off after wecome screen. New a/c also behaving same way. Please help.

a/c is air conditioning?

Alternating Current or at a stretch an account.

What I can't tell is how one would create an account given the story so far so it can't be that a/c is an account.
