Use 3d blu ray with a standard flat screen

by steve.sims / August 6, 2011 12:53 PM PDT

I have a Panasonic TH-50PZ700U HD Plasma TV and I need to buy a Blu Ray player. I would like to buy the Panasonic DMP-BDT210 which is a 3D Blu Ray player. Will it work on my TV?

Yes, unless a blu ray movie you're going to play only contains a 3D movie. It will play 2D blu rays and DVD's fine (and will upconvert the DVD's also as do all blu ray players).

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
