i have a usb to video cable is it possible to get a driver to send video to my tv with this?

But why should it be necessary? if the cable converts the files sent from one end (the USB end) to video on the other ... aren't you done?

But you really ought to supply more details, like what is the cable you have, the brand and model. Then someone here can be more specific.

Send video from where to TV ? Only video ? Audio not necessary ?
