it keeps flashing and says dont eject

- On all PC's or just on one?
- On all ports of that PC or just on the front or back ports
- Where does it say "dont eject"? My USB-sticks can't speak.
- When does it say it?
- Does it work before you try to eject it?
- When does it flash?

Why not tell the whole detailed and exact story. Starting with "I put that USB-stick in front port of my netbook, that has OS Windows XP. Then ..".
