But the OS will have to support USB 2.0, and the drivers from your motherboard maker. Have you done this?
Is the Forum tip not showing? It reads "Tip: If you are asking for help to troubleshoot a computer-related problem, please be sure to include all the necessary information (ie: operating system, model number, hardware, software, etc) that will help others identify your problem for a speedy resolution."
Some OSes don't do USB 2.0 but you can read http://www.usbman.com for the usual insight on that.
Just got around to buying a USB flash drive thats 2.0 compliant. When plugging it into my computer, got a message saying my controllers weren't 2.0 compliant.
I have an ECS K7S5A motherboard... I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to tell if I could somehow do a software/driver upgrade for my USB controllers or if I'm going to need to pick up a separate USB card to get 2.0.
Thanks a lot.
