USB ports will not work

So I installed some weird file and it like disabled ALL of my USB ports, hwo can I get them to work again?! Both my keyboard and mouse are USB and I don't have any regular ones, any way I can fix this through my 2nd partition using WinXP? im using the Win XP partition to ask this right now, my Win7 partition seems to run fine like when it happened I thought it froze but it didn't because the wifi signal went off from my USB wireless adapter and my mouse+keyboard adapter both light off as well as my DVC 80 capture device. The file I ran was 'libusb-win32-filter-bin-0.1.12.2.exe' from a package I downloaded in a zip called 'iHackintosh iRecovery Package for Windows & Mac' and I REALLY DONT want to restart my computer, I have put A LOT of time on it.

Usually the old boot to safe mode works.

Then system restore to when it works.

Those hackintosh packages are just evil things. I guess the lesson has to be learned first hand.
