Find a friend or colleague that has another microphone and compare yours with his. If it turns out that yours is bad, you surely have warranty on it.
Two weeks ago I bought a 10 euro headset (not USB but with 3.5 audio jacks) which works fine for both my laptop and my desktop. If I use it in meetings, the other participants don't complain about the sound quality, and that's exactly what I needed.
But seeing the price of yours (60 euro's) and it being called a studio microphone I think you're looking for another class of microphone.
I bough a samson meteor mic becouse I heard that is a good USB microphone, but when I record my voice, it sounds very low. I put "81" in windows 10 microphone level properties, becouse its his default value. If I put 100, it sounds very bad.
I tried changing the USB, trying another USB cable, using the microphone with my laptop...and nothing did work. What could I do?
