My USB port does not properly detect some of the devices connected in my pc. Based on observations the problem only occurs on flashdisk, cardreader, & irDA, which does not need any power source in order for it to operate with the pc, as for battery operated devices such as Digicam, cellphones, mp3, & mp4, I have no problems with regards to connecting them in the system.
An example of the problem is that whenever I connect the my flashdisk in my computer, my system would suddenly stop responding especially whenever I open programs with big sizes and files related to MSword.
As for the irDA, the pc can detect the devices aligned in the infrared but whenever I try to transmit data between the two devices the process would suddenly stop and an error message will appear that the data transmission has failed.
I have already tried updating my BIOS motherboard driver but I am still having the same problems... I would be glad if anyone could help me with this problem... Thank you...
Here are the specs of my pc:
Motherboard: M7VIG 400
Processor: AMD Sempron 2400+, 1.70Ghz
RAM: 384MB (PC333)
Video Card: Tornado GeForce 5200
Sound Card: Buit-in
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
