USB drive shows in explorer but doesn't really exist?

by Steve1209 / January 14, 2009 6:50 AM PST

Hi All,

I'm using Window's XP and have a question. When I go to Windows Explorer, I see TWO USB drives an F & a G drive, I do have an F USB Thumb Drive installed BUT I don't have a G drive, when I right click on the G drive, the properties show that it's not really there. It has no Space information.

How do I remove this entry in Window's explorer, I'm not sure why it's there and is confusing! Thanks for any help!

Steve
