USB Download

I have a Samsung SCH-U490 Trance. It was dropped in the water but pulled out very fast. I think it just shorted out. The power comes on and the screen says;
USB Download Mode
at the bottom it says;
Bootlock Version: Ver u490:CD02.01
Does this mean the memory and program was wiped out? Where can I get the download from?

jagabor,

You might see if you can get the software reloaded at your carrier's service center (Sprint, Verizon, etc). It's hard to say what could have been wiped out or saved, but they may be able to reset the phone to factory defaults.

just pull the battery then put it back in and restart. And no nothing should be deleted.
