Reply to many USB drivers/ R proffits

In the box it came there is an instruction manual and in that manual there is a web link to where you should download the drivers, I have visited that web page and there are no drivers for download there!

If there are no drivers to operate this product then this item can not work and is therfore not fit for purpose which is a requirment under the goods of sales act (UK law). Do you think I am entitled to a refund?

links are all broken on this page!

I cant follow your instruction but I have been to the Device manager and it say there is a working USB cambra, I have even tried to refesh/ install the driver from the computer and from online and it says the best drivers for this device are allready installed. But still no USB device showing in my computer!

Now it sounds defective.

Since it doesn't show at all it could be your non-working PC has USB issues which you tackle on its own or the camera has a defect. Since you just bought it, use that warranty or return it for a model that works.
