You posted it on some Contact Us page that I don't think is even supposed to take posts, but just give information on contacting CNET areas. It was NOT posted in this or other forums.
You may recall that I was having a problem with my Apple Mail in that the messages came through with the dates all mixed up when I had Preferences set to have the newest ones at the top of the list. My husband has used a tech support subscription for years on his PC. He found that he could add me for a small fee. I joined and in a matter of minutes the people at "US Tech Support" had my mail back in order. I know that I am turning my computer over to them when they do this, but I had heard not one word of help from this group... which is very unusual. I still don't understand why, but be that as it may, I am very happy, and I will continue to snoop around here. Thanks to all who have helped me in the past.
