URL history tracked within the main site?

Jun 16, 2005 6:23AM PDT

I am not really sure I am asking this correctly but basically my question is.....if you go to lets say Walmarts website I know the fact you went there is noted in your viewing history but is each individual department tracked as well. I mean once there if you click on electronics, then outdoors, then clothing for example is each "click" recorded or is it just known you went to Walmarts website period? Thanks.

I am sure I was very vauge but what I was really interested in was on the actual PC you are using does it track each link or "department" within a website such as Walmart or does your PC just show you went to Walmart and thats it? Thanks.

Every PAGE you open is recorded in the History. The History lists each website you visited. Sub-listed under each website entry are all the pages you opened within that website.

My website visitor report, shows number of visits for each page. I'm sure this is nothing unusual.
