Question

Uploads

I can't upload files. I have reloaded my ISP software, checked all internet settings, redownloaded the Flash Player, and have pulled half the remaining hair on my head out. Any ideas?

How do you mean:

- ISP software

What has Flash player to do with the problem?

Does this issue occur in only one OS (Windows? Mac? Linux?) account, or in all (including a new one)?

Does this issue occur in all browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) or only one?

It occurs in all browsers. Using Windows XP on an old Del Lattitude. I can't find any trace of a virus. NetZero said it might be a problem with Flash so I downloiaded the latest version. No avail. I'm about to wipe the machine and start over.
