Uploading images onto

How do I put onto my web site:-

To let the public to uplaod images onto my site, and then the public can view them, and add Comments to the images....

a picture gallery. There are MANY of them out there... some in Java, some in PHP, etc. Just go to a site like www.hotscripts.com and search for picture galleries... they will list a ton of them and they give you demos... pick the one you like and you're ready to go.
