uploading a new sound to my web page

Hello Happy i am having a problem trying to upload a new sound file for my web page. when i go in edit mode and clik the upload button i get a page error and nothing happens ? this seems to be related since i loaded the sp2 for xp , java i am using is 1.4.6 Can you tell me how to go about this ? all of this is for site buider and site add-ons adding sound Happy

Try ftp for uploading.

Stall,

- There's the command-line ftp coming with Windows.
- There are a few free GUI ftp-clients (leechftp; wsftp le version 5, which can be found with some difficulty; webceo). The first 2 are less than 1 Mb, the last one is a staggering 9 Mb download.
- There are a lot of shareware GUI ftp-clients on the usual download sites.

Any of these should work. Take care to use binary mode for sound files if your GUI-program doesn't do it automatically.

I seem to be having the same problem as Stal I am using verizon site builder Windows xp sp2 and java 1.5 and internet explorer 6. Whenever I try to uload a sound I get an error on page Permission denied. have checked and checked internet options and security cannot find a fix. tried Microsfot tech and computer manufactuer tech and verizon but they cannot help
Can you help?
