Question

Uploaded video to Facebook, can hear it can't see it

Apr 25, 2014 11:37AM PDT

I have uploaded videos to Facebook with no problem. But, I took a video with a Nikon P100 digital camera and copied it into my laptop. Then, using Windows Live Movie Maker, I put titles and credits, and some effects for the titles and credits. I uploaded this 5 minute video (it took forever) to Facebook. When it was ready to watch it in Facebook, the video could not be seen (black video) but the sound was Ok. So I had to delete it. Tried again with the same results.
Then, I uploaded the original video (without the credits, title, etc.) and it could be seen fine. I wonder why this is happening. The video format is WMV. I am using the same digital camera for all my videos, but this is weird. Can someone have an idea about this. Thank you.

Answer
What is the difference between the two movies?

1. Original video uploaded = works fine
2. Edited in Windows Live Movie Maker = No Video just sound (Twice)

Hmm.

Would seem that WLMM is the problem. Either it does not work very well when it exports the completed video or you have some setting incorrectly set
