Upgrading RAM

Hello there, I want to upgrade my laptop ram from 4GB to 8GB (for gaming). So what company or model ram should I prefer.
My specs are:
Sony VAIO (Svf15318snb) series. My budget is below 7k.

Re: RAM

You should prefer compatible RAM. The memory finder at www.crucial.com will tell you what you need.

It's best to buy the full 8 GB in stead of adding 4 GB to your current RAM. Mixed sticks tend to give trouble.

Well first of all if your

not running a 64 bit OS adding RAM won't matter (you won't be able to use it anyways). So only consider it if you running 64 bit. Ok I see it does have 64 bit Windows. I typically look at Crucial.com to get the type memory I should buy and but it at Newegg or Tiger Direct.
