Upgrading from Windows XP on 2 computers

Oct 24, 2007 6:13AM PDT

I have Windows XP on 2 separate computers - my understanding is that I cannot use my one Vista Home Premiums upgrade on both these computers. Can I purchase a product key from Microsft for the 2nd computer at a lesser price? Or is there a family purchase option, etc?
Thanks so much in advance

One more question
Oct 24, 2007 8:56AM PDT

The scan Vista did for me - told me there was no info on MWL Filter Miniport McAfee, and NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller. Do you know what I need to do to make sure these are OK for my switchover?

thanks

You'll Need Vista Supported Versions...

You didn't mention which version of McAfee you have installed but older versions aren't supported on Vista.. The same goes for your nVidia card.. Check the nVidia site to confirm there is an updated driver which is compatible with Vista.

If you've already uninstalled McAfee, then there may be a remaining registry key that needs to be removed.. If that's the case, then please see the information in the link below:

Hope this helps.
