Upgrading CPU and Motherboard and need help on replacing ram

Im upgrading my cpu but i need help on requirements so far i figured out cooling and cpu and what motherboard and what ATX it is but im having trouble finding if this Memory ram http://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/KVR21N15D8_8.pdf
is compatible with this motherboard https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/MAXIMUS-VIII-GENE/
and compatible with this CPU http://ark.intel.com/products/88195/Intel-Core-i7-6700K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_20-GHz
