after upgrading, did you go to the laptops manufacturer and install the win10 drivers for your specific computer? what is the full laptop model?
Okay, here is my problem. I have recently upgraded my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10, mainly because I like the fresh interface and start menu, similar to 8, but placed back in a more convenient location. Anyway, ever since the upgrade I have noticed several issues.
The first one would be with the touchpad left, and right click buttons don't work right. The left click functions right most of the time, but when I use the right-click, it isn't responsive, then the left click becomes unresponsive, and I have to continuously press the right and left click buttons a few times before either of them will work. It does this quite often, and I know it isn't a hardware issue because I can hook up a USB mouse and replicate the problem (although it becomes less frequent).
My next issue involves starting up the laptop, restarting, or waking it from hibernation. Quite often when I do this it says it encounters an error (I'll have to restart the laptop after I post this to get the full error description) and needs to restart, and I've also noticed that the time it takes to boot up sometimes takes a couple minutes, but usually it just takes around 10 to 30 seconds. I'm not certain this last part has anything to do with it or not but I'll do my best to provide as much detail as possible if needed.
Here is my system specs:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
Processor: AMD A6-3420M APU with Radeon HD| 1.50 GHz
Installed RAM: 4.00 GB (3.48 usable)
System Type: 64-Bit, x64-based Processor
If you need anymore information, feel free to let me know, and I really appreciate any help and information that can be given regarding my issues.
