Upgraded to 10.8.3 on a MacPro & an iMac. Now SLOW.

Everything seems to be working, but in s l o w motion. Opening aps, opening internet, opening new windows -- all like the first dial-up modems. Lots of spinning blue balls.

Tried on my iMac to update again with the Apple combo updater. It seemed to be loading, except when I came back I don't think it ever restarted, and the system info doesn't say anything different. No noticable change in behavior.

Any ideas?
