The article [Q313055] discusses a host of details and explains that OE mail folders, e-mail messages, and Address Book are missing after upgrading to XP which occurs because the file structure in XP is different and files are no longer in the same location. Many complain about OE6's TOOLS, OPTIONS, SECURITY settings since it appeared a few years ago and they were using OE5 or such which didn't have it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
