First and most Important, NEVER buy any software-or anything for computer for that matter- from e-bay Most of the software is not legitimate or else are from Microsoft professional subscriptions not for resale. You need the key and you are just going to have to bite the bullet and pay for a key from a legitimate source. The key will cost the same as a new DVD and key. You really are just paying for the key.
